At check-in, I asked for a room on the ground floor, as I hate the lifts in Cairo - they're small, I'm claustrophobic, and power cuts are a thing here (although I'm sure the hotel has generators) - the receptionist happily complied, even though the language barrier meant he didn't grasp that my reasoning was my hatred of lifts (which is fine, as I got what I wanted). My flight arrived much later than it should have, so I asked for a late check-out, as I wanted a proper rest, and again, the receptionist happily obliged, and didn't charge me for it. The room was comfortable - I loved the bed. There were lots of bottles of water in the room, which was appreciated. The bathroom was large, and has both a bath and shower.

breakfast was just amazing with lot of choices at top qualities, location not far from airport, hotel clean and staff very nice, we tried the Asian restaurant which was excellent. there is a play room for kids which is convenient, Personnel always friendly and client oriented room was quiet

Hotel is very well located if you want a place near the airport and outside the busy streets of Cairo, it has good facilities and restaurants and a wonderful spa with mostly local Egyptians working in it, definitely a good pick if you want a stay nearby Cairo airport

The hotel is so clean and smells amazing 👌🏻 The receptionists are so polite and friendly . They are so helpful and respectful especially Mr. Husain and another one I don’t know his name , they tried their best to satisfy me . Generally, the reception, the house keeping and concierge of the hotel are great and exceptional.

I spent 2 days here for my wedding and the care and details of the beautiful facilities were stunning. The bed must have been the most comfortable one I've ever slept on The restaurants were actually cheaper than I expected and of outstanding quality.

Amazing ! Everything was perfect, from the recovery at the airport, to the end of our trip. All excursions were organised by the concierge, Ahmed Hassan, who is absolutely offering a very high level of service. Thanks to his implication and coordination, our stay was fantastic and my wife has enjoyed a perfect surprise birthday. Congratulations to him and to the whole staff ( restaurants and spa ) for making an incredible guest experience. We will come back !!

Overall experience and provided service were exceptional. Staff at all levels are giving off warm welcomes and ensuring that services are being provided exceptionally well to the guests. Housekeeping services are fast to respond. Room dining services are exceptional from the ordering to the service and the food is great! Kudos to Ahmed Saber- the waiter in an open-air restaurant- for providing exceptional service!

The hotel has everything you need. From restaurants, club, spa and child’s club. I absolutely loved my stay there. The breakfast had variety and included a kids area for snacks. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and had blackout curtains. The amenities in the room are also very good. I recommend this place whether it’s just a weekend away or a longer stay.

Restaurants were excellent - Libyan menu pool side restaurant was authentic and delicious - Chinese restaurant on the 1st level specialty was Sichuan beef - served sizzling - could have been spicier for my taste but fresh ingredients were great! Breakfast buffet with fresh eggs station was extensive and very good.
