Nijar and Eman the Ladies in Red were so thoughtful, kind, friendly and they treated me beautifully. They both went above and beyond for me in extending my booking till 2pm, taking me to a beautiful spa where I relaxed for hours and I also read there a lovely book about Arabian Horses in Egypt 🐎 ♥️, they ordered a quality chocolates and fruit into my room as a surprise and were treating me as their family. The stunning flowers arrangements, breathtaking art throughout the hotel, the beautifully played piano music, excellent food and most of all the kindest staff made my stay super special♥️. The staff during my breakfast and dinner were excellent, they paid so much attention to me and offered me their best treats. The chef who made the pizza for dinner, that was certainly the best pizza I ever had, too delicious, Italians can learn from him 😆. The 🇪🇬Egyptian owner is an amazing business man who brings the top notch experiences to his guests, I felt like a princess in his hotel in every single way. It really felt like living in a beautiful palace not in a hotel. The views from the outdoor swimming pools were incredible and I couldn't stop admiring all the stunning paintings inside of the hotel. The cleaning lady was so sweet and hardworking and paid attention to every single detail. The guests were super friendly and kind too. I liked the clean room , large clean bathroom , the food from the poolbar , some live music entertainment and the nice first floor bar. Good music ,food and wine at the first floor bar. Very nice place to have a coffee and breakfast outside near the pool.

The room size was fine, the design was pleasant and it was clean, decent for a 5 star hotel, which is not always the case in Cairo. The reception, cleaning and concierge service were helpful. The breakfast is also good quality but not so many options. The location is not far from the Airport, in a silent area, and far from the noise of the city center.

The hotel building is beautiful and the staff did their best to make me feel comfortable. There was a restaurant that opened the whole day and I often found little gifts at my room from the hotel. After I complained about an issue, the staff addressed it promptly to my satisfaction.

The location and the design, it is so nice. The Staff, from gate security to guest services, all have met the high quality standards. They have exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family, and will book again for my next visit to Cairo. I love you guys, and send my warm greetings to the Chef as well and thank him for the 2+ Kg I got due to the delicious dessert he served me.
